We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for change-of-mind requests.
Eligibility:
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
How to Return:
Email us at support@silktale.co with your order details. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Refunds & Issues:
If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, you’re eligible for a refund or replacement under applicable U.S. consumer laws.
Shipping Costs:
- Change-of-mind returns: Customer pays return shipping
- Faulty/incorrect items: We cover return shipping
