Exchange Policy



🛍️ SilkTale 7-Day Exchange Policy

At SilkTale, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t fit quite right or you receive a damaged product, our 7-day exchange policy makes it easy for you to request a replacement.


Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact (e.g., shoes must be returned in the original box).

  • You may try on the item, but please handle it with care to preserve its condition.


🔁 What Can Be Exchanged

  • Size issues: You may exchange an item for a different size (subject to availability).

  • Damaged/defective items: Please report any defects within 48 hours of delivery. After inspection by our quality team, a replacement will be sent.

Note: We only offer exchanges for size adjustments or damaged products—not for color or style changes.


💸 Exchange Fee

  • A nominal Rs. 99 fee applies to all exchanges.

  • This fee is included in your replacement invoice and also applies if you opt for a Gift Card instead of a replacement.


🎁 If the Size You Want is Unavailable

  • If your desired size is out of stock, we’ll issue you a SilkTale Gift Card worth the product price (excluding shipping charges and the Rs. 99 exchange fee).


📦 Pickup & Processing

  • Our courier partner will collect only the items listed in your exchange request. Please ensure all details are correct when submitting your request.

  • If the returned items don’t match the request, we will investigate and follow up accordingly.

  • Please allow 24 hours after delivery for your order status to update in your SilkTale account.
